Mining collapse in Colorado Springs
[edit]My Grandfather broke his back in a mining accident in Colorado Springs. Circa 1925 - 1944 not sure. His father with the same name was a Shotblaster (exposive expert). They followed his wife's family to USA. She was known as Jeanie Wright before marriage. They also had a daughter, Margaret. My Grandfather was on hospital for 2 years but did manage to walk again. The depression hit and all 4 family members returned to Scotland. I believe the Wright's my great grandmother's family stayed in USA. They visited Scotland in the early 1970s. I was born 1968 so can't remember their names. Any info on the mine accident or the Wright's in Colorado Springs would be great. Thank you 87.114.60.122 (talk) 20:54, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
