Boyz II Men credit

Does anyone have a source for the claim that Michelle was in a Boyz II Men music video? It was added without a citation in 2016 by an anonymous user.

In @DA1:'s recent heroic series of edits, there was a (much-needed) attempt to substantiate it, but Michelle doesn't appear in the cited video, "Doin' Just Fine". Eeskildsen (talk) 14:17, 4 July 2021 (UTC)

@Eeskildsen: Thank you for the compliment. I must also add for full disclosure, I reverted the claim of her being "vegan" to "vegetarian". I hope you understand. The claim about her being vegetarian dates to sourcing from the 1990s, whereas the vegan claim dates to the 2010s. Her mother who made the claim also made timeline errors about her cancer diagnosis. I've edited articles on artists/actors based on interviews so much that I'm aware it's very common for them to make contradictory statements, so it's very important to look at all the sources as a whole without singling one over the other. Since we're talking about something that occurred in the 1990s, we should rely on sourcing from that era. DA1 (talk) 14:25, 4 July 2021 (UTC)

There are two models in the video. The first one is Michelle [1]. Compare that (timestamped) with her photos [2] and [3] and [4]. Her eyebrows are thinner than on her time on her TV shows, perhaps that's the confusion. DA1 (talk) 14:38, 4 July 2021 (UTC)

@DA1: There's a resemblance, but it's not Michelle. Her bone structure is different. The model has a longer face and more sloping forehead.

Michelle's forehead is flat before curving back suddenly, whereas the model's starts sloping back just above her eyebrows. Compare them in profile.

@Eeskildsen: It's possible that they are different, but have you looked into whether the difference in forehead shape is down to aspect ratio difference between the two music videos? Sorry for the late reply. DA1 (talk) 08:40, 22 September 2021 (UTC)

@DA1: No problem. I think they do look similar in some shots, but I don't believe it's Michelle. Aspect ratio could explain some of the differences if there were distortion from converting from one aspect ratio to another, but that doesn't seem to be the case from the rest of the footage.
