[edit]I gather that Rossi may have been a rival of Frescobaldi's, rather than a student (the source given by "Keyboard music before 1700" by Silbiger is an article published by Silbiger in 1983. Silbiger's book is Keyboard music before 1700 at Google Books, Routledge, 2004, p. 293. Schissel | Sound the Note! 10:24, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
