I don't fully understand how this goes against the guidelines set out in BLP. Could you point to a specific section? Michael Zyda is being sued for sexual harassment and workplace discrimination by a former student. This is a statement of fact, not an opinion, and stating a fact is not libelous. Court records exist which prove this claim, and it has been reported by the University's newspaper.
