I suggest deletion; the subject seems a non-notable neologism
[edit]The only references this new page includes are primary sources from three academics in a very narrow sociological niche. A brief web search turned up only a tiny number of entries under this phrase, most of which refer to Beer's book (ref 1). This seems more like an effort to push out the new concept of "Metric power" (see WP:NOTNEO) rather than an article documenting an existing broadly understood concept. - @Gnuish: I was thinking the same thing. But maybe this could be an article about the book Metric Power? Including the reviews cited in this article, I see four, which is common enough for an academic book but does pass WP:NBOOK. If that doesn't look reasonable, agree a trip to AfD is the best route. Public Sentiment section is brief, uncited and doesn't acknowledge the possibility of negative views.
[edit]If that single sentence is deemed worth keeping (dubious, IMO) then it could be shoehorned into one of the sections above, I'm sure.
As noted in another comment, the whole article seems like an advert for the work of one Professor. This anonymous user suggests deleting the article but if the powers that be determine that it is not promotional and should be kept, I'd suggest refactoring the article into a page about the good Professor and his works. 94.9.109.101 (talk) 12:08, 17 July 2023 (UTC)
