Plagiarism?
[edit]- You nicked all this from [[1]] i dont care, but some annoying wiki addict type will notice one day...
Its also not exactly POV free either? Still very informative. But it is plagurism (sp).

Amendment Proposal
[edit]- Is it worth amending the last sentence "though the ability of Councils to require additional energy efficiency measures in new buildings was removed."? The amendment to the Planning and Energy Act that revokes this power has not commenced, has no commencement date and was originally intended to commence with the introduction of Zero Carbon Homes in 2016, which will now not commence either. As a result, LPAs can still set standard for energy efficiency in new homes above building regs, though this might be capped at the equivalent of CSH4 depending on how much weight you give to Written Ministerial Statements. https://www.gov.uk/government/speeches/planning-update-march-2015

Hatnote added
[edit]- I added a hatnote directing folks that are looking for the Merton Rule in Mathematics to Mean speed theorem. The need for this disambiguation was noted in the deletion discussion linked above. Voyager640 (talk) 03:24, 25 July 2017 (UTC)
