Buckwheat honey liquor
In the buckwheat whisky article, it says ‘a liquor can be made from buckwheat honey’. Would this count as a type of mead? Overlordnat1 (talk) 12:49, 3 August 2021 (UTC)

"Primary fermentation usually takes 28 to 56 days, after which the must is placed in a secondary fermentation" Something wrong here. Must is what you start with, not what you secondary ferment. --142.163.194.161 (talk) 00:20, 21 September 2021 (UTC)
