This is not a shoegaze song
[edit]Although dream pop and shoegaze have much in common - and many songs do blur the two genres - this is not a shoegaze song. In shoegaze, there is a lot of pedal and distortion effects, several layers of acoustic guitar and vocals which blend into the melody and are therefore often indecipherable. None of that is true of this song, and therefore 'shoegaze' is inaccurate. --Noxy83 (talk) 12:28, 11 February 2020 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Noxy83 (talk • contribs) 12:24, 11 February 2020 (UTC)

- I personally feel ALT1 is more interesting and am going for that. It is neutral, well-cited, and free of copyright. Article was just promoted to GA less than two hours ago. Just not sure how many DYKs nominator (CA)Giacobbe has successfully submitted in the past. If the answer is five or higher, then a QPQ review of somebody else's submission must be conducted before I can approve. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 04:29, 30 January 2021 (UTC)
- @SNUGGUMS: This would be my first! Giacobbe talk 12:37, 30 January 2021 (UTC)
- In that case, no QPQ needed here, so passing! SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 13:54, 30 January 2021 (UTC)
