Rename Maxwell to Max
[edit]Surely Fuller was better known as Max, so we should rename the article to Max Fuller as per WP:NCBIO. That's how I addressed him on the few times I met him; Ian Rogers does the same, (both here [1] and in his book "Australian Chess - Into the 80s"); also Raymond Keene [2]; and Aleksandar Wohl [3]; I have some bulletins (1982 Aus Champs) calling him "Max"; the chesschat tributes all call him "Max" [4]; and I am sure there are other examples.
