"Marxism, Freedom and the State is published as a series of essays that were written following disagreements between Bakunin and Karl Marx in the early 1870s. The book was published just after Bakunin was expelled from The International."
I removed this chunk of the article. The latest essay in the collection is from 1872. Those who are familiar with Bakunin know that the "disagreements" themselves began in the late 1860s, but came to a head in 1870-1872.
I also thought it was a little misleading to say that the book was published after his expulsion from the International. Since this is an anthology made by someone else, it was not "published" until 1950. Bateau (talk) 22:02, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
