Decoy commander?
[edit]According to the latest news quoting a companion of Yahiya Sinwar currently in Jordan, Sinwar has named "decoy commanders" ahead of the 7 Oct. attack in order to focus the IDF's attention during the easily predictable military reaction, on disposable Hamas members, rather than his actual chief operatives. Also, he seems to have propagated the red herring of prominent, but partially incapacitated and meanwhile less central figure, Mohammed Deif, being the head of the Qassam Brigades, while in fact it is his brother, Muhammad Sinwar, who runs the militia. Who knows how senior Issa actually is... Arminden (talk) 19:05, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
Possible killing

- "Officials briefing Israel’s security cabinet on Friday said that while Issa’s death hadn’t been confirmed beyond any doubt by the IDF, many indications were pointing to a successful operation." -- 💌Ayesha46 (talk) 14:16, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- @Ayesha46 OK, but the exact date of airstrike is March 9th. --Agnellino (talk) 21:17, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- im pointing out that it's not confirmed by anyone else but the Israeli forces or its intelligence which could mean it can also be a part of Physcological warfare! 💌Ayesha46 (talk) 00:57, 19 March 2024 (UTC)
