Writing Quality
[edit]The writing quality throughout this article is extremely poor, most sections lacked any form of subject-verb agreement, used the conditional tense heavily, and used extremely odd verb constructions (eg. "The library is counting 2 reading rooms", "On the firsts floors could be meeting rooms...", etc.). Most sections of this page will need to be rewritten simply for clarity purposes.
