Notability
[edit]A page from my blog is cited as a source, but my blog is only summarizing and reflecting on what I learned from a different web page. The ReadWriteWeb page describes the contents of a TED talk. So really, other than the TED talk by the guy who invented the marshmallow challenge, and the marshmallow challenge web site, is there enough evidence that independent sources have to fifer? I thought it was cool enough to blog about, but is it really noteworthy, according to Wikipedia standards? Dennis G. Jerz (talk) 00:07, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
- Good point. I will try to dig up some other sources, or maybe I will nominate it for AfD. Thanks. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 20:41, 19 December 2010 (UTC)
- Okay. I added some more refs. They are 3rd-party, and some refer to the challenge as subject and not TED talk as subject. I guess it now passes WP:GNG, but it ain't pretty. I will give it several months and see if it develops. Right now, I'm not 100% happy with it existing as an article. I, you, or somebody else might AfD it, and I would be happy with that.
