I'm puzzled by this page's name change from Marquis Miami to Marquis Residences (December 2010). I can't find anything to confirm that the name of the building ever changed. The building is known simply as Marquis on the CTBUH and Emporis. It contains both a hotel and residential units, so maybe "Marquis residences" is how the residential front desk staff answer the phone, but that doesn't make it the name of the building. Maybe it was an attempt to distinguish from the Marriott properties? The page should be named something more than just Marquis, how many of those are there, so I'm going to make a bold edit and move it back to the original Marquis Miami. 1305cj (talk) 20:55, 29 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
