Wagoner now serves as chairman of the judiciary committee. No longer on the two separate committees of judiciary. Need to remove those two in the Ohio Senate section and add judiciary, and in the opening just say he is Chairman of the Judiciary committee.http://archives.legislature.state.oh.us/JournalText129/SJ-09-27-11.pdf

[edit]Mark Wagoner Jr did not die on march 19th 2020, his father Mark Wagoner Sr did, of Coronavirus.
