Sally Brock
[edit]"fortunate to live in Nottingham, which was the home of International Popular Bridge Monthly and also ensured that he could listen, learn and play with the pick of England’s players including Tony Sowter, Tony Forrester, Graham Kirby, Brian Senior and Sally Brock."
- =Sally Sowter --eg select 1979
- =Sally Horton --eg select 1983
and Sally – Mark Horton placed 23rd in the 1982 World Mixed Pairs.[1]
Mark Horton's ex-wife? Or sister who resumed name after marriage to Tony Sowter? or other?
See also Raymond Brock. --P64 (talk) 20:25, 17 May 2014 (UTC)
- When she first came to prominence in bridge she was Sally Sowter. I'm not sure if she was Tony Sowter's wife or his sister. Then she married Mark Horton and became Sally Horton, before marrying Raymond Brock and becoming Sally Brock. JH (talk page) 07:28, 18 May 2014 (UTC)
- Personal knowledge, WP:OR. She was Tony Sowter's wife. Narky Blert (talk) 21:18, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
