Successful and prolific
[edit]63 projects since 1983 (with almost half of them since 2000) including Saving Private Ryan, Grey's Anatomy and A Simple Plan = currently one of the most successful and prolific film and TV pruducers in Hollywood. Care to show an example of someone else who can approach this level of activity and success? Of course you can (i.e., Bruckheimer) and he too would be called "successful and prolific". Nicholas Pepper Joins Mark Gordon Co. As Head Of Drama
[edit]Deadline's NELLIE ANDREEVA (May 3, 2011): After an extensive search, ABC Studios-based producer Mark Gordon ended up staying close to his TV home with his pick for successor to outgoing president of television Deborah Spera, who is leaving next month to become an independent producer. ABC Studios' VP drama Nicholas Pepper is joining the Mark Gordon Co. as head of drama TV. He will work alongside head of comedy Andrea Shea, reporting directly to Gordon. This represents a change in the executive structure at Mark Gordon Co., which started off exclusively in drama under Spera until recently expanding into comedy with the hire of Shea. As VP drama programming at ABC Studios, Pepper oversaw such series as Desperate Housewives, Lost and Brothers & Sisters. Before that, he spent 6 years at ABC overseeing Ugly Betty, Pushing Daisies, and Commander in Chief, among others. Prior to that, Pepper, a former actor, was Director of Alternative Series and Specials for ABC.
Gordon recently re-upped his deal at ABC Studios for 4 more years. His company's portfolio includes five series on the air for ABC Studios: ABC's Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice, CBS’ Criminal Minds and Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, as well as Lifetime’s Army Wives, and the ABC/ABC Studios' drama pilot Identity, starring Angela Bassett. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.26.18.151 (talk) 21:11, 3 May 2011 (UTC)

The Actor Who Played "Chuckles The Clown" on The Mary Tyler Moore Show
[edit]Totally incorrect information the role of Chuckles The Clown was played by Richard Schaal. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.237.34.211 (talk) 02:07, 10 October 2012 (UTC)
- Although it's currently unsourced, from what I can see Richard Schaal played him originally, but he was later played by an uncredited extra and later again played by Mark Gordon in "Son of 'But, Seriously Folks'" [1]. Do you have a source that suggests Schaal was the only Chuckles? Stuart.Jamieson (talk) 07:30, 10 October 2012 (UTC)
- Not sure about Chuckles, but Gordon's acting seems to have been mostly extras and tiny parts. Imdb lists two persons by that name: the elder (by 30 years) died in 2010, and has no production credits. Gordon is, after all, quite a common name.
- The actors' guild only allows one actor/actress to use each name. In this case prob. distinguished by middle initial. ragity (talk) 09:24, 27 October 2019 (UTC)
Proposed Changes to career section for increased accuracy. Some projects are out of date i.e. Ray Donavon is off air.

- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Also, per WP:RS/IMDB and WP:CITEIMDB, using IMDb as a source on Wikipedia is generally discouraged, with other, reliable sources preferred. @Patrickfeeney123. Seagull123 Φ 11:47, 18 August 2020 (UTC)
