Hello, I would very much like to clean up this page and add useful and relevant facts. Is it better/appropriate to submit large with appropriate citations all at once, or in small chunks? I have checked out the BLP/Help page and believe I am ready to start making changes. Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Starhawk92 (talk • contribs) 19:29, 7 January 2015
Read WP:BOLD, revert, discuss cycle for the way Wikipedia works. If you think an edit would improve the encyclopedia, be BOLD and make it; if it is then reverted, don't re-revert, but discuss on the article talk page and try to reach WP:Consensus. That said, while you don't need to do it in a string of small changes, there is something to be said for making medium-sized changes rather than posting a complete rewrite all at once. Check out WP:Verifiability and WP:Referencing for beginners, and make sure you have good sources.
On talk pages (but not in articles) it is good to sign your contributions by ending them with a group of four "tilde" characters ~~~~, which the system will turn into a "signature" of your username and the time and date, like this: JohnCD (talk) 21:01, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
