I'll go ahead and take this one. Go Phightins!, Wizardman is going to shadow my review of the article. Would that be okay? Eurodyne (talk) 03:29, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
- @Wizardman and Eurodyne: Excellent. I should have a little time this week to address concerns, and a little more on the weekend, so feel free to post any comments you have whenever you have them, and I will try to get cracking. Thanks. Go Phightins! 03:35, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
- Eurodyne @Wizardman: Any idea when you'll get to this?Go Phightins! 16:17, 8 February 2015 (UTC)
- Sorry about that. I haven't been active on enwiki for a while. I'll probably get this started at the end of the day and get the review finished at the end of the week. Eurodyne (talk) 18:01, 8 February 2015 (UTC)
- Any comments from me will come after Euro's review is done. Wizardman 00:03, 9 February 2015 (UTC)

Just skimming over the article, is there an image you could possibly add? Eurodyne (talk) 19:20, 8 February 2015 (UTC)
- As he is a rookie pitcher, and pitchers only play in maybe a third of their team's games, it is often difficult to find images of them ... I have looked around for Hollands, and have not found anything. However, as he continues to play in the majors, I am sure one will become available, and if he happens to pitch in a game I attend next season, I will try to take a picture. At the present juncture, I am afraid a free image is not available. Go Phightins! 23:13, 8 February 2015 (UTC)
Would it be possible to add more to the section about early life? Eurodyne (talk) 01:59, 10 February 2015 (UTC)
- I added some stuff about college ... have yet to find a feature that talks about his upbringing or anything like that. Go Phightins! 13:51, 10 February 2015 (UTC)

- Pass/Fail:
- I'll go ahead and pass this one. Since Hollands is a minor league pitcher, I suggest adding a section on his major league career when (or if) he gets called up to the majors. A picture would really help, so don't forget that! Overall, good work. I hereby pass Mario Hollands as a GA. Wizardman comments? Eurodyne (talk) 02:26, 12 February 2015 (UTC)
- Pass/Fail:
Here's a couple things I found:
- "Essentially, Hollands pitched for "whatever minor-league team required pitching help"; while with Reading," I'm a little confused by what this means. Did he bounce between the few minor league teams noted in the previous sentence? That's what I'm getting from the quote, if that's not the case try to reword.
- "Late in the season in Lehigh Valley, he compiled a 9.24 ERA in three starts". Link earned run average on first use, noting ERA in parentheses.
Article looks in god shape otherwise, so Euro can pass it once the above is addressed. Wizardman 15:07, 14 February 2015 (UTC)
- Wizardman: Fixed the second one; your interpretation of the first is correct ... is there a way I could make it more clear? Go Phightins! 19:17, 14 February 2015 (UTC)
- For that first part, I'd actually take out the 'while with Reading' part, as that's what's turning the sentence from 'bouncing around minor league teams' to 'somehow playing for one team while under contract with another'. That should make the point a lot clearer. Wizardman 17:32, 15 February 2015 (UTC)
- Slightly rephrased another way ... let me know if your suggestion would still be clearer, in which case I will change it. Any other concerns, Eurodyne? Go Phightins! 19:22, 15 February 2015 (UTC)
