Taming this article

[edit]

There is much work to do on this article. The first issue is referencing.

For a living person we have a high standard of referencing. Every substantive fact you assert, especially one that is susceptible to potential challenge, requires a citation with a reference that is about them, and is independent of them, and is in WP:RS, and is significant coverage. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact cited, that meet these tough criteria is likely to make this article a clear success (0.9 probability). Lack of them or an inability to find them is likely to mean that the person is not suitable for inclusion, certainly today.

Those references that do not meet these criteria must be replaced with those that do or must be removed. If removed then the facts that they were used to cite must be removed.

All inline links must be removed, please, and turned into references if appropriate, Wikilinks, or external links in a section so named. See Wikipedia:External links

Ideally please add links to online versions of the references. This is not compulsory, but we write for ordinary readers who like the instant gratification of being able to see what is written in the reference with ease.

After handling referencing, the text is overblown. The lady may have done all of these things, but only the things that are referred to in the citations may be in the article. A substantial paring down of the information within the text is required. Fiddle Faddle 22:06, 6 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

To be honest, there's not really much wrong with the article, barring the short bio. section at the top which is now tagged 'citation needed'. The rest is thoroughly cited and is plain and factual, so I shall remove the auto tag now. Chiswick Chap (talk) 20:56, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
