Moves like this should not be made without discussion. The current title may not be ideal, but it is widely recognised that year of birth is the last resort for disambiguation people, to be used where no other means exist, and is particularly problematic in this case since her year of birth is only approximately known. Move like that should not have been neccessary in the first place. The current title is far from ideal. Margaret Stewart, Dauphine of France, was just as much "Princess Margaret Stewart of Scotland" as this woman was, making the current title ambigious + incorrect. The title of Prince of Scotland or Princess of Scotland was not borne by every child of a Scottish monarch. This woman herself was never Princess of Scotland. I do agree that the year of birth should be the last resort for disambiguation - but I don't see any other resort here, other than Margaret Stewart (daughter of James II of Scotland), perhaps?
