@Gerda Arendt: Gerda: here is the sum of my researches. Note that some of the less well-known names not blue-linked below may nevertheless have Wikipedia articles. Note also that I have not been consistent in Anglicising/Wikifying German titles, so that, e.g., you will need to decide what to call the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra/Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks and so on.
