Award Interval

[edit]

The prize is awarded every four years? If the dates given are correct, it looks like has never been awarded at a four-year interval. The distances between the awards - in order - have been:

1982 - 1985, three years;
1985 - 1991, six years (I assume a break on account of June 4);
1991 - 1997, six years;
1997 - 2000, three years;
2000 - 2005, five years;
and 2005 - 2008, three years.

I tried to confirm the award policy on the chinawriter.com.cn page, but the link is either dead or blocked in the Chinese mainland. 202.119.55.8 (talk) 07:48, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
