The result of the move request was: Page moved. No opposes, and one weak support in addition to the nominator. This does seem to be the common English representation of the name on the website, tram cars and third party sources. (non-admin closure) — Amakuru (talk) 12:21, 21 November 2013 (UTC)
Man'yōsen → Manyosen – The company's own website (http://www.manyosen.co.jp/), as well as official signage on trains and stations, renders the name as "Manyosen", so this article should reflect that spelling, rather than using idiosyncratic textbook style diacritics. - Weak support - this provincial tram only appears once in Google Books as a 1971 magazine source as "Manyo Line", there evidently is no English name, because it's barely noted in English sources. Man'yōshū (万葉集) we have at full pronunciation to aid pronunciation, although this is a tram company the same pronunciation issue applies, and clipping this down benefits no one. The website is in Japanese so their choice of fonts for the webframe is not relevant. Manyosen is simply a graphic, not text. The fact that it's painted on the trains is slightly more persuasive.
