Notability concerns
[edit]I'm starting a talk because the article doesn't contain enough information to call, and if he is notable there should be a pedigree trail, such as what inventions of his have been adopted for him to be a notable engineer, let alone a tool for correct diagnosis of a disease.
I'm also starting the talk because of the "famous in state X in USA" characteristic that has plagued the other non-notable removals. We should learn from that.
