Oppose Mandy Carter (Ackley Bridge) → Mandy Carter, but support Mandy Carter → Mandy Carter (activist). Also support creation of the Mandy Carter disambiguation page, per 162.208.168.92 and Ortizesp, that would list Mandy Carter (activist) as well as Mandy Carter (Ackley Bridge). Support 1st given the character gets more views (971) than the activist (102)[[1]] but I'd consider a DAB at the base name to avoid problems with incoming external links especially given the activist is a real person but otherwise its a WP:2DABS. Oppose 1st, support 2nd. A fictional character should very rarely be made primary over a real person, unless they are incredibly well-known (the Harry Potter test!). This is not the case here.
