Blood Type
[edit]Not sure why Yancyfry_jr decided to remove information on Mamiko Noto's blood type. There are numerous seiyūs who have their blood type info shown on their profile on their Wikipedia entry if not on their personal official websites. Blood type is also used a lot more often among Japanese society much like the way western countries may use zodiac signs to identify one's own personality.
Please do not remove that information without just cause. --Willsun 04:55, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
- It's not immediately apparent why blood type is there, though. It should either be explained why this is important or cut as unimportant. —TangentCube, Dialogues 06:31, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
- I believe the Japanese blood type theory of personality contributes to many (Wiki) Japanese celebrity biography entries listing their blood type. Mamiko's blood type is even listed on her official website. Her infobox does not provide any parameters to list blood type nor is there a real official voice actor infobox preset (nor do I think Mamiko qualifies for the "Musical artist" infobox). --Willsun (talk) 21:29, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
Relationships with co-stars
[edit]I actually do not mind the deletion of the section "Relationships with co-stars," because I do feel it's trivia. Mamiko is a very prolific seiyū, and the coincidence of working with another seiyū many times is expected, and therefore, not special enough to warrant mentioning. She does not specifically select to work with certain seiyūs to make any sort of real relationship. Although if someone wants to investigate why she paired up with Kawasumi Ayako to sing and perform music videos ("7 days after" and "Scoop"), there might be some sort of unique friendship there (even then, I don't believe it's enough to form its own section and can be put under the Personal section). Otherwise, I vote to keep the "Relationship with co-stars" section deleted. --Willsun (talk) 03:36, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
- Found out that "7 days after" and "Scoop" were theme songs used for the radio show Marunabi that Mamiko and Ayako hosted. My position still stands for the deletion (if not reinforcing it).--Willsun (talk) 01:54, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
Going out with Kakihara Tetsuya
[edit]To my knowledge, those pictures were posted as a joke on Kakihara's blog, he's talks how he wishes he could be caught by paparazzi flirting with Noto Mamiko, but he knows its just a delusion. So I'll be removing the mention from the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kraker2k (talk • contribs) 01:04, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
Bleach role
[edit]There is no such character as "Seldon Di Rossi" in the series Bleach. I'll be removing her credit for the role. If she actually does play a role in the series, it should be added, but the current entry is nonsense. 99.102.106.195 (talk) 23:32, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
