Sorry, but this information about sieboldii should not be here at Wikipedia. The 3 versions of this apple are 3 nowadays seen as different apples. The species Malus toringo and Malus sargentii and the mix with baccata is called Malus x zumi. The picture is also wrong. The color of x zumi is red. A picture of unripe fruit is useless. The M. sieboldii from Rehder is M. sargentii. Malus toringo is now followed by '(Siebold) de Vriese'. Source Dendrologie van de Lage Landen, KNNV Uitgeverij, Zeist, 2012.
