Page name

According to the article in the Russian-language Wikipedia this building is called the Third Building of the Ministry of Defense. The person who created this article seems to have thought that this and the General Staff Building (Moscow) were one and the same building. I think this article should be renamed. However, I am not an expert on Russian buildings. The opinion of more knowledgeable people is welcome. Nurg (talk) 10:09, 25 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
