Although this case is obviously interesting and of great significance, I found no support in the cited source for the proposition that "[the case] is the *first* victory against educational segregation." Even if that is true, it is not supported by the cited source and it seems to me that that sentence should be rephrased, or supported by a better source. If true, there is likely reliable commentary stating such in secondary sources in legal databases such as Westlaw, Lexis, or Bloomberg Law. An on-point source would be more than welcome, otherwise it seems best to modify the statement to match what is already reliably supported. Jake (talk) 13:06, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
