The film
[edit]All this talk about Disney forcing people to watch the film is ridiculous. The only reason people have to wait in the holding area before the film is because a showing is still going on and there is no other normal exit. As soon as the doors open, the doors stay open at the exit of the theater as well. People always run to the other side thinking they don't have much time to escape, but the truth is there is plenty of time before everyone gets seated. --blm07 17:47, 26 May 2007 (UTC) I agree that this needs to be edited. It really just needs to state that there is a film at the end of the ride. The fact that most people don't have the attention span for it and are only interested in "ride" isn't relevant. This whole "Disney makes you wait for the movie" thing is, as you said, ridiculous and was obviously put there by someone who was frustrated having to wait for the previous show to finish. The "alternate exit" line needs to be removed completely. There is no need for an alternate exit, the attraction isn't over yet. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Signal70 (talk • contribs) 04:07, 3 April 2010 (UTC)
There is no other ride in existence that corrals people at the end (after disembarking) and makes them wait in a small area for a film. If riders really had a choice, they should be able to walk through the theatre while the previous film is still playing (and not face a row of doors without handles or a way to open them). How you both fail to see this being an issue is beyond me. Riders are forced to wait 1 to 7 minutes to watch a film they might not even want to watch. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.28.45.57 (talk) 16:58, 18 April 2010 (UTC)
I agree that it is poorly designed, but that is still an opinion and not a fact for the purpose of this article. Words like "forced" are clearly being used to put someone's opinion in the article. One could also say the film is part of the "ride". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 166.205.8.254 (talk) 04:34, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
