This incident is technically part of both operations. The Seychelles coast guard operates against pirates as part of Op Enduring Freedom HOA (Operation Ocean Shield) and the Danish frigate was patrolling as part of the EU's Op Atalanta. Please do not remove any of the templates or categories.--$1LENCE D00600D (talk) 10:35, 11 May 2011 (UTC)
- HDMS Esbern Snare did not and could not have done patrolling as a part of EU's OPER ATALANTA, as Denmark has opted out of EU military operations ( http://www.fmn.dk/eng/allabout/Pages/TheDanishDefenceOpt-Out.aspx ). It was a part of OPER OCEAN SHIELD though. Also Esbern Snare is not a frigate but a Combat support ship (classed AGF/AKR/AH). --Heb (talk) 17:11, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
