Please do not look at the title MIOS as a reason for deleting. I am preparing this page. This is very relevant and is linked to communication protocol standards in India for electricity metering. If it is not appropriate let me know and i will not waste time. It is a technical topic and refers to Meter InterOperability Solution, which is a Industry Sponsored Standard in India.
