The source claims this photo was taken on 22 September 2010. I secretly suspect it was taken on Christmas Day, 20 years ago, during a fuel crisis. I guess it very occasionally gets that quiet at about 3am - 4am? Martinevans123 (talk) 14:01, 13 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
