Untitled
[edit]In the village is a small ruined Norman castle, formerly a prison, now maintained by English Heritage[1]. hehe, this castle is notorious as the seat of Lydford Law, and one of Hanging Judge Jeffries assizes. More to expand on this soon! Sjc 19:32, 2 September 2005 (UTC)

Medium
[edit]I don't believe a medium is a reliable source of information for a history section on a wikipedia article. I'm going to remove the section. Bodrugan (talk) 17:04, 30 May 2022 (UTC)
London and the Domesday Book
[edit]I'm pretty sure London wasn't in the Domesday Book, so I'm very unclear of what is meant in this article about Lydford being taxed equally with London. Anybody know? Bodrugan (talk) 17:08, 30 May 2022 (UTC)
