Chigi-Albani
[edit]Chigi-Della Rovere-Albani is only a branch of Chigi family or Della Rovere family (and not even the most important branch). Chigi and Della Rovere are two distinct Italian families in their long history and are not related to Albania. Ludovico Chigi Albani della Rovere is a member of Albani family by an his ancestor's maternal line. The alleged Albanian origins of Albani family date back to 1400! Too far back in time to define Ludovico Chigi Albani della Rovere (died in 1951) of Albanian descent. For the same reason, it would be very funny if we defined every Medici family member (as we know, Medicis had many foreign wives)... of French, English, German, Spanish, Austrian descent! --Prodebugger (talk) 23:17, 18 July 2011 (UTC)

Image
[edit]I suspect that the image of this article is not correct. He was born in 1866 and this looks like a photograph taken around 1890, when he would be 27. On the other hand, this looks very much like the portrait of his father, Mario, who would be 58 then, which is much more likely.--The Traditionalist (talk) 05:45, 30 November 2022 (UTC)
