- @Mahmoudali123: Have you read the answers to your question here? Luca Allam is simply not a notable person, as Wikipedia defines notability. There can not be an article about him. The many notice you received at User talk:Mahmoudali123 when the draft was declined also explained why this can't be an article. --bonadea contributions talk 18:47, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
