Does the lead sound redundant to anyone else?
[edit]I want to merge it (the 'third full korean language' bit) with the first sentence, but not before checking if anyone objects? It's a minor thing but I still prefer to ask. - Carlobunnie (talk) 14:14, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
- The end sentence seems completely pointless to me, to be honest. It’s just repeating what’s already said like two sentences previous. The only difference is the second time it says “after its predecessor”. I see no problem with merging; seems pointless to have a repeated sentence. Alexanderlee (talk) 14:21, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
- Tweaked it a bit :) - Carlobunnie (talk) 14:35, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
Album artwork
[edit]Is anyone else seeing a visual glitch with the album artwork? The primary one. For some reason, when you click on the page for the first time, the album artwork looks like it's black and white. You have to bypass the cache (control + shift + r on chrome, unsure about other browsers) to get it to display properly? If anyone else is getting this, do you know how to fix the issue? It may be due to the size of the image but I'm unsure... Nyantatata ^-^ (Say hi!) 20:42, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
- Nope, it is alright for me, specifically on Chrome mobile. Heolkpop (talk) 21:08, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
- It's fine for me too, on both desktop and mobile (chrome). - Carlobunnie (talk) 15:58, 19 May 2018 (UTC)

Review
[edit]Is metacritic an official review site? I'm not really sure but if yes they reviewed bts. http://www.metacritic.com/music/love-yourself-tear/bts — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:8807:8000:4060:79CB:77C6:F792:33B6 (talk) 23:33, 25 May 2018 (UTC) @2600:8807:8000:4060:79CB:77C6:F792:33B6: Metacritic is a review aggregator, it does not review album itself. Mention of rating from Album of the Year's review
[edit]I don't understand this sentence, if I can even call it that, considering it doesn't make sense gramatically because it's incomplete: "Somewhat similar, 70 out of 100 were scored at Album of the Year" - Sunkizzed I get that you're eager to add all the reviews/info/feedback from various sources about the album but please be reminded that these sections, and wikipedia articles in general, usually follow a specific format for how things are worded/phrased and the use of punctuation as well. When citing reviews, usually ones from specific acceptable sources, see this list here, are what's used. Your addition isn't on it, and while I'm sure there are far more knowledgeable people who can weigh in, in the interim I don't believe it needs to be included. I'm not claiming to be any expert, nor do I know everything myself (I'm still learning the ins and outs of editing), but I wanted to mention it after noticing certain patterns in the edits you've been adding to the page lately. - Carlobunnie (talk) 23:02, 28 May 2018 (UTC)
Sales?
[edit]Got a question about sales.
Currently there is a "Certifications" section, which names RIAJ and KMCA certifications, but there isn't really a sales section, like there was for previous albums.
As sales are known (somewhat) for china and US as well (based on articles and such), where could we add such data, make new section? Or should we add it at all.. Maybe could add it similarly to Face Yourself?
Any thoughts? Kleool (talk) 12:06, 8 September 2018 (UTC)
- If I remember correctly the sales used to be known but it ended up being deleted when the certification came out. People usually delete it then. It sounds like a good idea to use though. Perhaps people would stop editing that they've sold 500k each time.Ukiss2ne14lyfe (talk) 20:54, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
Year-end list
[edit]I started placing where BTS songs/albums are ranked on various lists but I did it to another artist page and someone reverted it as an unneeded edit. Should the year end list be removed and added to reception, or should I make a tab inside the reception so people would be able to find year end stuff? I wasn't sure, but if the boxes aren't needed I can edit it in differently.Ukiss2ne14lyfe (talk) 21:33, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
- Nevermind I looked up other pages and formatted it that way. Ukiss2ne14lyfe (talk) 16:56, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
