Proposed rename to Loujain al-Hathloul

[edit]

According to Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style_(Arabic)#Definite_article, "the" in Arabic names should be written as "al-", unless the person is a member of a dynasty and the "Al" is supposed to be آل Āl (dynasty/family) instead of "the" (ال al-).

If there are no objections, I propose renaming this article to Loujain al-Hathloul. Boud (talk) 20:41, 19 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Since a lot of editors are active here, I'm starting a formal move request. Boud (talk) 20:19, 1 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Here: [1]. It's a blog but the author is a notable journalist and topic expert. HLHJ (talk) 22:53, 18 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

That is Eman al-Nafjan's blog. She is presently out of prison, AFAIK, but is not allowed to leave SA, Huldra (talk) 23:18, 18 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
