When searching Louis Rees-Zammit on google, the summary brought up from Wikipedia states that his nationality is English. Obviously, if you read his page he was born and raised in Wales so it would be appropriate to change his nationality to Welsh. 138.38.173.124 (talk) 17:49, 21 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
iirc it was in the info box before he made the switch to NFL, I think someone kept on removing it. But yes, it probably should be. LouisOrr27 (talk) 11:19, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Height and weight do not need a citation. This is common practice on sports pages. His height and weight are in his rugby profile listed in the external links.--Rockchalk71715:18, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Let me rephrase, this is common place on American athlete articles, some of which are featured or good articles. Citing height and weight has never been a thing in the football infobox.--Rockchalk71715:55, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
As far as I know, as per WP:V, all information should be sourced. Here's a source for the current values: [1], although, as I explained in an earlier edit summary, it's not dated. The only question is where the source should appear. This source was added to External links, with the edit summary "Chiefs profile. Height and weight is in this ad well". It's blank. Looks fine. So why can't that be used that as a source? Of what use is the blank page in "External links"? When Rees-Zammit was with the WRU his personal data was sourced to the WRU profile page. Now that he's with NFL, suddenly "Height and weight do not need a citation". Very surprised by that. You seem to have different rules for WP:V over there. It's every American pro sports athlete, not just football. You're fighting things that are standard practice for NFL players (as well as other pro athletes). One massive myth on this website is everything needing a source. That's just flat out not true. Height and weight for NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB players have never needed a source and that's not about to change.--Rockchalk71719:52, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
