Comment
[edit]There were no charges brought. The article clearly mentions victims. This should be totally rewritten if kept. Dom from Paris (talk) 10:49, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
Contested deletion
[edit]This page should not be speedy deleted as an attack or a negative unsourced biography of a living person, because... (your reason here) --86.125.65.160 (talk) 11:35, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
- Ample news media stated why no charges were brought forth, due to the statute of limitations. The person still admitted to his crimes. Can you help rewrite?
- What I can do is remove the speedy delete tag and move the page to draft space to allow you to work on it and submit it for review. Dom from Paris (talk) 15:10, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
Move to draft
[edit]I have moved this page to draft space as it violated WP:BLPCRIME, as a recently deceased person the policy covers them for a short period as per WP:BDP. The article has to be very very carefully written as the person was never convicted. --Dom from Paris (talk) 15:19, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
