New Zealand treatment of Swiss-type claims
[edit]The article says:
- In certain countries, including New Zealand, [cite] ... methods of medical treatment are not patentable either (see MOPOP section 12.04.02), however "Swiss-type claims" are allowed.
The cite given is [1], now a dead link. I have found [2], which may be a substitute. However, I'm not familiar with NZ patent law or this type of claim, and the cited page was "Last updated 8 December 2012"; I don't know how the content was updated and whether it reflects a change of law. Someone more familiar with this subject may wish to check it out and, if appropriate, update the reference. TJRC (talk) 00:44, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on List of patent claim types. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20100309033148/http://www.iponz.govt.nz:80/cms/patents/patent-topic-guidelines/2004-business-updates/2009-business-updates/guidelines-for-the-examination-of-swiss-type-claims to http://www.iponz.govt.nz/cms/patents/patent-topic-guidelines/2004-business-updates/2009-business-updates/guidelines-for-the-examination-of-swiss-type-claims/
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
