While it is technically true that deaths in these conflicts are "unknown", I feel we could probably represent these better, either with sourced estimates or perhaps more likely with death tolls from individual incidents. I have added Massacre at Corlears Hook, which I think was the largest single documented incident inside the borders on modern New York City.--Pharos (talk) 21:35, 8 June 2021 (UTC)
- Sounds good to me. One problem is that it's difficult to separate the deaths that occurred in what is now NYC vs those that occurred in New Jersey, Long Island, etc. Brycehughes (talk) 21:54, 8 June 2021 (UTC)
Hurricane Ida entry
[edit]Hurricane Ida should be entered onto this list, however the amount of deaths in New York City remain unclear, 18 in total died in New York City and New York State. If someone can enter this event with a source, please do.2601:581:8402:6620:F5E1:8CBC:2B17:164 (talk) 01:02, 12 September 2021 (UTC)
- Good idea, I've added Hurricane Ida.--Pharos (talk) 01:23, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
