I would suggest to add Spain and Germany to the list due to papaya plantations on the Canary Islands and Upper Franconia, at least as a honorable mention as there is one plantation of 3.5 km^2 (mixed with coffee, mangos, star fruit, etc.) in Tettau /Klein Eden with an output of several tons there which is certified organic and sustainable.
