What a mess

This article is a total mess. I propose that we should remove the "List of district wise constituencies" section and all its subsections, all together. The extent of each constituency should be on the constituency page. The "Telangana Assembly constituencies by District wise" section can then be renamed to "List of constituencies" and moved higher.
