Defunct breweries needing citations
[edit]The following were rightly removed for lacking citations. You can help by locating an appropriate citation. If found, please move the brewery back to the article list. Thanks! Spacini (talk) 18:44, 3 July 2020 (UTC)
- BarnYard Brewery || Lawrence
- Big John's Brewing Company || Salina
- Broadway Street Brewing Company || Concordia
- Emerson Biggins Sports Bar and Grill || Lawrence
- Dave's Brewpub || Overland Park
- FMI Brewing Company || Merriam
- Grinders High Noon || Leavenworth
- High Noon Saloon || Leavenworth || Reportedly closed in 2015 and reopened under new ownership as Grinders High Noon.
- Kaw River Brewery || Lawrence
- Miracle Brewing Company || Wichita
- Overland Park Brewing Company || Overland Park
- Pony Express Brewing Company || Olathe
- Safari Grill and Brewing Company || Chanute
- There was never a consensus to add these entries back, and they violate WP:LISTCOMPANY and lack any independent, reliable sources providing substantive coverage. All entries without either a reliable independent source or its own article should be removed. IronGargoyle (talk) 06:41, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
- Doing some research on nearby breweries, found this article, and found out one of the Lawrence ones (Yankee Tank) closed four months ago and needs moved to the proper table but I dunno how to do that. Hoping someone will see this message and change it. Haha PrayerHater (talk) 22:35, 27 August 2023 (UTC)
- I will definitely move Yankee Tank to the list of defunct breweries. However, I couldn't find any article that states it closed. If you can provide me with the citation (publication name and date), I will move it. Thanks! Spacini (talk) 15:18, 29 August 2023 (UTC)
