Lusitania missing?
[edit]Though the Lusitania was torpedoed, modern investigation has determined that her sinking was as a result of one, perhaps two, of her boilers exploding due to coming in contact with the cold waters flooding in from her being struck. Shouldn't this be added? 151.190.40.1 (talk) 10:22, 20 June 2015 (UTC)

Missing explosion
[edit]One locomotive exploded in Tordera (Catalonia) in 1861, without casualites. https://www.raco.cat/index.php/SessioEstudisMataronins/article/download/331058/441830/ Interestingly, it was the first locomotive ever built in Spain.--Pere prlpz (talk) 16:16, 29 April 2021 (UTC)
