Good Work
[edit]Good work on this article clean up, the table looks great.. One comment, you have the date as Acquisition Date in fairness, for most of them its the announcement date.. picky i know ;) Jez ☎ ✉ ✍ 19:57, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
- It would be much better if you could point out specific errors, so that I could fix them. But that is good to know.—Chris! ct 23:44, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
- I fixed several dates. There are date I cannot fix since there are no reliable source. Actually, the lead already says that acquisition date is the date in which two companies agreed the acquisition deal.—Chris! ct 00:26, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
- Its normally the press release that says, To Acquire or To Expand. There should be a following Press release, when the deal completes. Two I noticed were Tower Software, and Colubris Networks. Jez ☎ ✉ ✍ 06:23, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
- Well, the lead says that acquisition date is the date in which two companies agreed the acquisition deal. So I think it is ok to just use the dates in which HP agree to acquire a company.—Chris! ct 02:44, 7 October 2008 (UTC)

HP poor quality
[edit]HP laptops are extremely poor quality. The amount of bad reviews on line is staggering. Most of HP laptops stop working within months out of warranty. Knotthappy (talk) 17:18, 23 February 2018 (UTC)
