Venus started saying "A Marvel Comic" with a red logo with a feather starting with issue 4. These were published by Marting Goodman Publicatioons dba Marvel Comics. I'm not sure how they count as "Timely Comics."--Scottandrewhutchins (talk) 01:32, 13 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Or rather, it has "Marvel Comic" with a red logo with a feather on the cover of issues 4–6 and 9, with "LEADING COMIC CORP." in the indicia of issues 1–13. Martin Goodman's comics division was "Timely Comics" (including "Leading Comics Corp." and various other shells), and some of those comics happened to have "Marvel Comic" on their covers—something they called back to with the much later name change from "Atlas Comics."[1] --tronvillain (talk) 17:37, 24 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Amazing Adult Fantasy

[edit]

This seems like an odd one to include on the Atlas list, given that it's starting December 1961 and has essentially the same information as Amazing Fantasy #15: the "MC" on the cover (usually where the dividing line seems to be drawn), published by Atlas Magazines, etc. --17:13, 10 January 2024 (UTC) tronvillain (talk) 17:13, 10 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
