Melaleuca brassii
[edit]It would appear that after Byrnes described Melaleuca brassii Byrnes in 1984, it was moved to Asteromyrtus brassii by Craven in 1988 so that its name is now Asteromyrtus brassii (Byrnes) Craven. There is also no mention of Melaleuca brassii in one of the latest volumes on the subject of Melaleuca.[1][2]I have therefore removed Melaleuca brassii from this list. Asteromyrtus brassii is listed on the Wikipedia page Asteromyrtus although no page has been created for any of the Asteromyrtus species yet.
